How can I contact V and V Custom Designs?

Do you ship worldwide?
As of right now, we do not. We only ship within the USA. Shipping charges will apply.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Contact us at vanvcustomdesigns@gmail.com if you wishing to use a digital transfer for your purchase.
Can I change or cancel my custom order?
As we aim to create orders as fast as possible, and these are hand made creations, orders cannot be cancelled. If you wish to have a custom order, partner with us so we can design and create some rough drafts for your final design. We will provide sample designs of what you are requesting and get a final approval. Once you sign off on the final design, all orders are final.
When will my Custom order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our home location. Please allow extra time for your order to be hand made and shipped out. We process orders during our time off from our Full Time Jobs, so please allow us time to create your customized order to perfection.
Processing my be extended during holidays and sale seasons. Once your creation is made, orders will be shipped based off the shipping method you have chosen.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, email us at vandvcustomdesigns@gmail.com with your concern and order number, so we partner with the shipping carrier.
How do I return an item? All orders are final, since these are custom home made designs made by hand we will not be accepting returns. If there is an issue with quality of the product within 7 days you receive your order, contact us. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
